Land for holiday homes
This newly developed land lies near the town of La Fillete in the beautiful
north coast of Trinidad. A new road was built recently and will be asphalted
soon. There is only one road into the development area, and opposite the
entrance is a police station. The entire development area can be fenced
and guarded, so you can rest assured that your holiday home will be very
secure, even when you are abroad. Of course, the option to stay all year
round is yours, if you wish.
The area is a bit hilly, and from most plots you have a beautiful view
of the rain forests and the mountains. From some plots as well, you are
afforded the spectacular view of the sea. Trinidad is famous for her variety
of birds, which makes this location ideal for bird-watchers.
All along the north coast you will find many beautiful beaches, the
most famous being Maracas Bay. This beach is located approximately 15 minutes
away by car, and there are two more wonderful beaches five minutes walk
away as well.
About two years ago, the North Coast of Trinidad was still undeveloped,
but during the last two years some small resorts were built, and currently
a couple of big resorts are being planned. Trinidad and Tobago is currently
experiencing an economic boom; as a result the cost of land is skyrocketing.
If you buy now, the value of your property will increase to more than twice
the original cost within three to five years.
There are different prices available for the plots and they can be bought
only
from us. Depending on the location and the view offered, we will ask for
50-70 US$$ per square meter. Basic amenities are included in this price,
such as water and power supplies. Once the road is paved and the development
progresses, the price of the lots will rise. That means, the sooner you
buy, the cheaper you will get your piece of paradise.
In the middle of
the panarama photo on top of this page you can see a part of the new road,
which is not asphalted yet. The land was used as a plantation. We left
the old trees for you, so you can make the decision what to clear and what
to leave.
