Islas Los Roques Map
The geography of Los Roques is overwhelmingly marine. Gran Roque is the inhabited and elevated gateway; most other cays are low coral islands around broad shallow lagoons and reef barriers.

The airport, village, posadas and most visitor services are concentrated on Gran Roque.
Boat Travel
Distances that look short on a map depend on wind, sea state and the type of boat. Nearby cays are easy day trips; outer parts of the park require more planning.
Protected Waters
The map should be read as a national-park landscape, not simply a collection of beaches. Anchoring and access can be restricted in sensitive areas.
